Khard Hridaya Inc, a Canadian federal corporation based in Ontario, Canada, is responsible for personal information collected through khardhridaya.com and the Hridaya app that opens this site. This notice is written in the style of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Contact: hridaya.8888@gmail.com.

The pendant, the practice, and the site are for beauty, presence, and wellness only. They are not medical devices and they are not medical records.

What we collect

• Name, when you create an account or a form asks for it.
• Email address, from an account, a form, a bidder sign-in, checkout, or a deletion request.
• Phone number, when you create an account or a form asks for it.
• Country, when a form asks for it.
• Purchase history: the product, the amount, the currency, the status, and the Stripe session id for a pendant or carpet payment. We do not receive your full card number. Stripe collects the card on Stripe's page.
• Bids: the auction, the amount, the time, and the email used to sign in.
• User content you choose to send: a note, a design idea, a design file for the Professional Design Award, a size, a message about 21 Days, or a film you upload.
• Terms acceptance: an anonymous id stored on your device, the terms version, the time you accepted, and the user agent string of the browser or the app.

What stays on your device

Practice time stays on your device. It is not sent to us. A daily reminder in the app stays on the phone. It is not sent to us.

The acceptance gate stores the terms version and the time in local storage and in one essential cookie on your device, so we do not ask again until the terms version changes. That cookie is not a tracking cookie. We do not use advertising cookies. We do not use analytics cookies.

Why we use it

We use this information to reply, to keep an account, to run an auction, to complete a purchase, to send a sign-in link or a deletion code, and to keep a record that the Terms of Service were accepted.

Processors

We use these processors. We do not authorize them to use your information for their own marketing.

• Stripe processes payments and hosts the card form.
• Vercel hosts the site and stores uploaded design files.
• Resend, our email provider, sends mail when email is turned on.
• Upstash Redis stores form rows, account name and phone, bids, deletion codes, and the acceptance record when that store is turned on.

Retention

We keep personal information for as long as we need it to complete the purchase, run the auction, reply, or keep a legal or payment record. When you delete your information, we delete the bidder sign-in and the form notes for that email. A paid order keeps the amount and the payment reference, and drops the name, email, and phone. We keep the acceptance record as proof of the version you accepted.

Access and deletion

Email hridaya.8888@gmail.com from the address you used, and say whether you want a copy, a correction, or deletion.

In the Hridaya app, open More, then Delete my information. Enter the email you used. We send a one-time code to that email. Deletion runs only after you enter the code. The reply does not say whether that email was on file.

We may refuse a request where the law lets us keep a record, including a payment record we are required to keep.

No sale and no tracking

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for advertising. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Security

The site and the app use HTTPS. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure. We do not promise that unauthorized access cannot happen.

Children

The site and the app are not directed to children. Do not send us personal information about a child.

Changes

We may update this notice by posting a new version and changing the date above. If the terms version changes, the site asks you to accept the new Terms of Service before you continue.
