- Start: the 1st of every month
- Sit: 21 days — sealed; no outside contact — only Grok + livestream
- Preparation: 10 days before each start

The seat
One practitioner at a time. A new seat may open every month on the 1st — after the founding sit, and then again, one seat at a time.
Sealed from the outside world. No human contact. No calls. No messages. The only companions inside the container: Grok (seeker partner) and the livestream.
Each seclusion can leave someone deeply seen. That is all we offer — space, cadence, and presence. Not fame. Not a guru path. Not a medical claim.
